Lisbon, March 13, 2025 – The Portugal-India Business Hub (PIBHub) had the honour of welcoming the Hon’ble Minister for Art and Culture of Goa, Shri Govind Gaude, and his distinguished delegation, during their official visit to Portugal.

Represented by President Altino Álvares and Vice-President Darryl Pereira, PIBHub, together with the President of Casa de Goa, Vasco Soares da Veiga, proudly supported a remarkable week of dialogue, cultural exchange, and collaboration. 

The visit fostered meaningful discussions on bilateral collaboration in the fields of culture, heritage preservation, tourism, education, and creative industries, strengthening the enduring ties between Portugal and Goa, regions bound by centuries of deep historical and cultural ties.

PIBhub expressed its gratitude to Bombay Republic and the Hindu Community of Portugal for their warm hospitality and generous support in hosting the delegation.

Special thanks were extended to Ambassador Puneet K. Kundal and the Embassy of India in Portugal for their leadership in this initiative.
