Lisbon, February 23, 2023 – The Portugal-India Business Hub (PIBhub) announced the approval of its new management team for the 2023–2025 triennium, confirmed during the General Assembly held at AICEP’s headquarters.

The new leadership team is committed to strengthening business relations between India, Portugal, and their respective global communities, while fostering cooperation among entrepreneurs, enterprises, organisations, and government institutions.

The executive team will be led by Altino Álvares as Executive President, with Abdul Karim, Avani Shah, Bavic Valabhdas, and Darryl Pereira serving as Vice Presidents. Bringing together diverse expertise and experience across sectors, the team is well-positioned to advance PIBhub’s mission of promoting sustainable economic growth and collaboration between the two nations.

The General Assembly was chaired by Luís Abrantes, with Vasco de Mello and Jayant Kantelal serving as board members. The Auditory Board was chaired by Carla Patrícia Gomes Martinho, alongside Carlos Lopes as a member. Together, they ensured that PIBhub operated with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
