Lisbon 05 March 2026 – PIBhub members convened together at its headquarters in Lisbon for its General Assembly, to reflect on the work accomplished and outline priorities for the next phase of the organisation’s growth.

During the session, members unanimously approved the reports and accounts, confirming the solid foundations established over the past mandate. The meeting also provided an opportunity to present several strategic updates, including a preview of PIBhub’s new website, the forthcoming launch of a member directory, new engagement opportunities for the community, and the implementation of a new CRM system designed to support the association’s future expansion. The appointment of a new General Secretary further strengthened the organisation’s governance and operational capacity as it prepares for the next stage of development.

The strong participation of members, together with representatives from the Embassy of India, reflected the collaborative spirit that continues to define the PIBhub community. Informal discussions following the session highlighted a shared ambition among participants to deepen connections and build new opportunities for collaboration.

The General Assembly marked an important milestone in validating PIBhub’s progress and signalled the organisation’s readiness to scale its activities. Looking ahead, PIBhub reaffirmed its commitment to building a trusted platform that fosters visibility, credibility, and meaningful partnerships between Portugal and India.
